The "Saint-Petersburg" restaurant is located in the center of the city, opposite "The Saviour-on-the -Blood" (the Cathedral of the Resurrection) was built in 1883-1907 on the site of the tragic attempt upon the life of Emperor Alexander II by terrorist Ignatiy Grinevetskiy on 1 March 1881. It's a cathedral-monument in "clear Russian style" constructed to the design of Alfred Parland with the participation of Ignaty Btianchaninov, the Archimandrite. A variety of Russian and Italian marbles, Ural and Siberian semiprecious stones, polychrome majolicas, glazing, enameling and mosaics were used in nits interior and exterior decoration. Common area of the carpet-like mosaics decoration is seven thousand square meters.
While setting into the "Saint-Petersburg" restaurant, you find yourselves in the atmosphere of nostalgia, freedom and merriment. Here you will be offered the courses of real Russian cuisine. The restaurant's interior is decorated in Russian style - painted spoons, matryoshkas, kokoshnik etc.
