Conditions of participation in the project of television show
"BEHIND GLASS: LAST BEEF STEAK"



The Given project is continuation of show "Behind glass" which was successfully finished December, 1 on the channel of TV - 6. Continuation of the project - is not simple supervision over real life and mutual relation of young people "Behind Glass". This time the opportunity to prove active, vigorous businessmen will be given to them. They can bring in the real contribution to the organization of public catering of city of Moscow.
Young people participate in the given project from 23 till 30 years. They already can have experience in sphere of small business or want to try the forces in this direction.
Twenty four participants, past two rounds preliminary casting, are invited to television current - show in studio Ostankino. Two teams get out of them with the help of spectators within two days on six person. On conditions of the project within six weeks both teams live in the specially equipped apartment and are engaged in small business. They have not the right to leave the premise given to him.
Being in "Behind Glass", both teams should open the "points of a public catering". That it will be - restaurant, cafe, a dining room, a bistro, pancackes cafe - participants of the project will define.
In the beginning of the activity each of teams will receive the initial capital which uses in strict definite purposes: registration of a premise, installation of the special equipment, a set of the personnel with the fixed payment, the order and purchase of products, drawing up of the menu, definition of the price-list, payment of municipal services. Conditions of creditors - returning of the credit upon termination of the project.
The idea of the project - during competitive struggle between two small enterprises to choose the best worker with the help of voting which conditions are resulted below.
The first week - arrangement of habitation and the organization of business. Solemn opening of a point of public catering - in a weekend.
The first voting be spent at the end of the second week during television current - show. TV - spectators determine two worse players who leave the teams. In each team stay on five person.
Further for left players have the right to return to the team as hired workers who can not participate in competition.
At the end of each voting results of working players are nulled.
The second voting passes by the end of the third week. This time players define two outsiders from both teams. In teams stay on four persons.
The third voting - in four weeks from the beginning of the project. TV - spectators and players during traditional current - show vote against one participant from each team. Now in each team stay on three persons.
In the fourth voting at the end of the fifth week of the worse players visitors of cafe determine. They leave the opinion in a special urn for voting. As a result of voting in each team stay on two persons
At the end of the sixth week the fifth voting will be carried out on results of economic parameters of each of the enterprises. There are with whom at the enterprise the best on parameters business dealing.
The result of enterprise activity of participants of the project is brought by spectators on final current - show on Sunday where televiewers choose one of two finalists. The award to the winner - an opportunity to open own business.

Some features of competition.
Participants of the project have the right to advertize in the newspaper on the invitation to work to a competitive basis diplomaed chieves - cooks and the bookkeeper with the obligatory license.
Both teams have the right to invite hired workers - headwaiters, waiters, barmen, loaders, protection, cleaners etc. With obligatory payment of the salary from means of the enterprise created by them. Or to appoint to these posts of the players.
Each of small enterprises works daily from 16.00 till .
Entrance paid. The price of the entrance ticket is defined by a management of the project "Behind glass".
Each team has the right to invite competitors to supper that those could estimate the menu and quality of service.
Teams can invite popular musical groups to parties.
All players, despite of a competition, live in one municipal apartment and are obliged to observe rules of a hostel. For infringement of the rules established by the Director, penalties are appointed.
Final conditions of game will be published before start of the project. Prior to the beginning of the program of a condition of game can be specified.
