PRESENT-DAY
In 1995 the Caspian caviar-balyk industrial association
was bought and reorganized in the Joint-stock company "Russian
caviar" (JSC "Russian caviar"). For today the
authorized capital of the company makes 167030 roubles, which is shared
into 167030 ordinary actions distributed between 576 shareholders, in the
basic, members of the labour collective.
JSC "Russian caviar" is one of few
enterprises in the Russian Federation, which during the economic reforms
and financial shocks, has not lost its industrial potential and the highly
skilled staff. On any, objective and subjective reasons influencing on the
development of the market economy in the country, the company with the
historical past has managed to keep the status and the prestige among the
competing Russian and the world fish-manufacturing enterprises and firms.
So, sharp decrease in last ten - fifteen years of the
population of the Caspian sturgeon fishes and, as a consequence of it, the
reduction of fishing of valuable breeds of fishes has resulted in the
reduction of volumes of processing fish and manufacturing of caviar. If in
1983, 156 thousand centners îf sturgeon fish was processed , 1365 tonns
of caviar was produced, from which about 200 tonns made the export, in
1997 the limit has given to the enterprise only 371 tonns of fish, the
material - 300 tonns, only 74 tonns of caviar was issued. In the
conditions the management of the enterprise takes a rate on the expansion
of the assortment of the let out production, the development of new
technologies and the improvement of the production.
Now the company, keeping and improving caviar
manufacturing, holds the basic direction for amplified processing and the
realization of the fish goods from fishes of thick net breeds. Since 1995,
canning and fillet sites have been created, a mooring and site of fine
ðàñking have been built, the refrigerator with the capacity of 1500
tons has been entered into the operation, three refrigerator machines for
delivery of the production all over Russia have been purchased. In the
caviar shop the unique equipment for dozing of caviar in glass tins and
packing them under vacuum is established, which was made in Italy and
France by the order of the joint-stock company in the single copies.
Prior to the beginning the last year the enterprise
carried out, basically, fish manufacturing, buying raw material at
fishermen, basically, fishing collective farms, that created the certain
economic and financial problems. In 1999 there was a radical
reorganization of the manufacture.
Now at the enterprise the closed production cycle is
created, that is, having in the order two sites, "Russian
caviar" by own forces carries out production of fish in the delta of the
river Volga, its deep processing and realization. At last the annual
assembly of the shareholders that takes place in April, 7, 2000, the
decision on entering into the Charter of the company in the section "
the Basic kinds of the activity " one more direction was accepted:
the industrial fishery in the part of the production of fish.
The structure of the JSC "Russian
caviar" includes three producing departments.
